It has rained so much today that all the drainage culverts are full and the critters that are usually in the pond two blocks away have migrated. I found this crawdad where my driveway meets the road this afternoon. There is a couple of inches of water down there where it is supposed to be draining into a ditch, the ditch is somewhat full!

I am so tired of the rain in the Dallas area! We relocated here in April from Chicago and I do believe it has rained almost every day since. We have a house with a swimming pool and at least once a week we’re having to drain water out of it because of all the rain! I usually enjoy rain, but enough all ready!
