Rain in north Texas

I am so tired of the rain in the Dallas area! We relocated here in April from Chicago and I do believe it has rained almost every day since. We have a house with a swimming pool and at least once a week we’re having to drain water out of it because of all the rain! I usually enjoy rain, but enough all ready!

We just got through a rainy patch. But see, when you get through that, it will Still suck because then there’s the heat to deal with. Or are you a heat person?

No, I’m not much of a heat person. My husband wanted to move out of the midwest in order to get away from the cold and snow. I was quite content where we were! All these cooler (80’s) temperatures we’ve been having have him fooled into thinking this is a comfortable place to be! I keep telling him, just wait! It will get so humid once the sun comes out!
