The Sewing Mom

My daughter had her 2nd guitar lesson this afternoon. Her instructor was somewhat astonished at how quickly she had picked up the finger movements and the fact that on her own, she had completed the 1st chapter of the instruction manual during the week since her 1st lesson! So, he bumped her up to the 2nd chapter and I think she has made it her mission to complete that rather quickly as well. She said playing her baritone, which she plays in school band, is more difficult because it only has 3 valves to make all those notes and the guitar has 6 strings! She has a very good instructor (at least I think so!), his name is John Wynn

Okay, it wasn’t even supposed to rain today according to the weatherman!  This is what it looked like 10 minutes ago and now it is pouring!  And, now they’re saying we could get up to 2 inches in the next hour.
