Toothpaste Recall

Toothpaste Recall

Oh my gosh!  I can’t believe the recall I just heard on NBC’s Nightly News.  A company in Indiana that supplies toiletries including toothpaste to hotels around the world is recalling toothpaste under the name of Gilchrist & Soames.  The toothpaste is manufactured in China (no surprise) and has been found to be manufactured with an ingredient that is used to make antifreeze for engines!  Unbelievable!  There seems to be no quality assurance in China.

That really scared me when they recalled that! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I’m glad I brightened your day!

It’s sort of scary all the recalls on products made in China recently. Of course probably 95% of what we buy in the U.S. is made in China so I’m not sure what to do about it.
