I did it! I got one of the valances made today! Unfortunately, I need to go back to Hobby Lobby to buy more backing fabric to make the second one, but I’m thrilled to have accomplished something today!

Thanks Melissa! Now my husband is saying that the shears that are behind the valance don’t look right – sheesh! I just want a complete window treatment, I thought this was going to do it! Well, it will do for now! I really do like the valance and am anxious to finish the second one.
