Sewing Bags

posted in sewing |

A few weeks ago my two sisters got together with my Mom and went out in search of [tag]quilt shops[/tag] in Ohio and Indiana.  They found several and bought quite a bit!  One of the items they purchased was a pattern for a bag and they each bought [tag]fabric[/tag] to make one.  My sister Karen has posted a picture of her finished bag at Winding Threads and it’s worth a look! I can’t wait for one of them to send me the pattern so I can start to sew! Actually, I’m hoping they send a finished bag along with the pattern so I have a sample to go by! (hint, hint!)

Kate, They do make a great bag. My sister customized the pockets to fit what’s important to her in the bag, makes it even better!
