Chris - I know, I am so happy for my daughter this year. The last two years she had math teachers who were very stuck in their ways and believed in piling on the homework. Homework is fine, but for kids who don't understand, it just makes it worse because now they are at home doing it and can't ask questions.

This year, my daughter has a great teacher who does assign homework but gives the kids time to do it in class so they can ask questions. My daughter just today brought home her report card for the grading period and she has as 96%! I'm very proud. :-D

I agree, Math is a tough one. Luckily, my son loves Math. He has girls from his class call him for help, he's only 12 but I am proud.
