Christmas Wreath

Christmas Wreath

I’ve been talking so much about my holiday decorations that I thought I should start taking pictures of some of what I’ve been doing.  I bought a fresh wreath at one of the home centers and today I bought battery operated lights to put on it as well as a bow.   In the picture you can’t really see the lights because it is daylight right now, I’ll have to try to take a night time photo this evening.  I can’t wait to see what it looks like at night, but I also like it as it is.  The entire wreath and added decorations cost a total of about $27.

So pretty! I bought an artificial wreath for my door a few years ago. I like yours better…

Leann- I’ve had an artificial wreath for years that I’ve always hung on my front door. I think though that there must be another box still out in the garage from our move that I haven’t found yet because I haven’t found the wreath. I finally just went and got this fresh one. It’s been so warm here though that I hope it won’t be all brown by Christmas.

That is so pretty. I’m jealous that mom and Grace will be there in a few days to see it!

Thanks Karen! I called them this morning and they’re still about 7 hours away, but should be here late this afternoon. :-D

I love them too, except that I put new batteries in it last night and it ran for about an hour and then died! I’m hoping they were just bad batteries. I’ve got new ones to put in it again tonight and will try again. :-D
