Black Eyed Peas Anyone?

Do you enjoy eating black eyed peas? Personally, I like them, but I tend to only cook them once a year and that is New Year’s Day. A friend of ours introduced us to some rather spicy black eyed peas that she made every year and I became addicted. It helps that they are supposed to bring good luck in the New Year.
I find it interesting that I ran across a contest where the prize is black eyed peas and cornbread! Now that’s different! Of course, if you prefer, you can opt to receive a $25 gift certificate. Winner will be announce January 15, so if you’re going to enter, hurry over.
