Here we are, heading into the second week of January all ready. Where does the time go?

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. Did you get what you wanted from Santa? I had a wonderful holiday and even got a surprise gift, a new digital camera. The camera itself is very easy to use and has 8 mp resolution which I learned is way too high for uploading pictures to my site, but I’m learning ways to reduce the pixel size so I’ll still be able to share pictures of the dog!

Now that it’s January, are you starting to receive those post holiday bills? We feel very fortunate to not have to looking for payday loans because my husband received his year end bonus in time to pay cash for all our gifts. Anything I bought prior to that I had used money I earned from blogging. I’ve seen what those quick loans can do to a person and I hope I’m never desperate enough to have to use one. If you feel the need to go that route, make sure you know exactly what your getting in to. Confirm interest rates and due dates.
