The Sewing Mom

I’m really not sure what is going on, but today is the 6th day in a row of waking up with a severe [tag]sinus headache[/tag].  The only day I woke up feeling okay was yesterday and I can’t figure out what was different about yesterday, I wish I could.  I’m thinking that it is being brought on by the dryness of the air.  It was so cold most of last week that our heater was running quite a bit and I know that tends to blow nothing but very dry air throughout the house.  It’s been warmer this week and the heater usually only kicks on in the morning, then I don’t hear it the rest of the day.  It has still be windy outside though, so maybe that’s contributing.

I wish I knew what was causing it so I could make it stop.  I don’t think it’s [tag]allergies[/tag] because my eyes don’t seem to be affected in any way.  It’s just the sinus pressure and pain that I’m getting.   Do you ever get like this?
