I’m In Need of an Energy Boost

Oh my goodness, I feel so out of it. I’m not sleeping well at night and I wake up before the sun comes up thinking of everything I have on my to do list that needs to get done. It’s not helping that I am going out of town on Wednesday and will be gone for a few days. That just means I have to have everything cleaned up and in order before I go, even those things I tend to put off. I also have to make sure everything is organized so my husband can go about his day as if I’m still here and my daughter will have everything she needs for school while I’m gone.

Needless to say, I’m stressing. I really shouldn’t be sitting here on the computer, I should be cleaning. I did some laundry this morning and then went for my hair appointment. Maybe I became too relaxed while the hair dresser was massaging my head during the wash process, I did almost fall asleep. Since then, I’ve felt like I’m drained of energy. I did some grocery shopping on my way home and then ate lunch. Since then, I’ve sat on the sofa with my laptop, barely able to keep my eyes open.

I was surfing the web when I saw this, Get your sublingual B12 here. It piqued my interest, so I checked it out.

Sublinqual B-12 helps promote energy and stamina (I think I need that!) and was developed for maximum absorption and goes directly into your bloodstream. It can help with your memory (another issue for me) as well as help with concentration. Unlike oral B-12 tablets that have to be digested before being absorbed by the body, Sublingual B-12 is designed to be absorbed directly into your bloodstream. It’s a painless, safe and affordable B-12 shot.

I’m certainly going to be looking into this further because I’m tired of feeling tired.

I’ve used the sublingual B12 — it does work, for the most part. It’s better than coffee because there won’t be any ill-effects from caffeine, and equally important, it’s better than sugar because there isn’t a slide downward into a low after the boost. i think veggie juice (fresh) can be super helpful, as well — especially if there are juiced beets in it.
