		<description>I've used the sublingual B12 -- it does work, for the most part. It's better than coffee because there won't be any ill-effects from caffeine, and equally important, it's better than sugar because there isn't a slide downward into a low after the boost. i think veggie juice (fresh) can be super helpful, as well -- especially if there are juiced beets in it.
