I'm now on my second dose of the nasal spray and I did my first dose of the antihistimine this morning. I was also given eye drops which I haven't tried yet. I was told it could be a few days before I can tell if it's improving or not. If not, they'll give me a stronger medication. It sounds like you should definitely get yours checked out and maybe get something to get it under control. I believe mine is sinus related and I'm just walking around in a fog. I got some new allergy medications today and hopefully that will help. My husband gets migraines and that usually puts him out for a day or two. I also know what you mean about getting confused when cutting with a pattern (especially if you are not used to working with one). Don't worry it happens to the best of us, the only thing I can say is that it does get easier with practice. Anyway, I've got to get back to work myself.
