Not So Productive

Not So Productive

I wound up not feeling too well today and so my good intentions of finishing of a few fleece blankets and a couple of bags went by the wayside.  I’m very disappointed in myself for not getting them done, but hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

I have a lot going on tomorrow around the house.  We are donating a sofa to charity and they are picking it up tomorrow, so it has to be in the driveway before 8 A.M..  I’m having the downstairs windows cleaned in the afternoon, inside and out.  Lastly, the lawn service is coming to aerate the yard.  We’re trying desperately to  nurse the yard back to health.

So, how was your day?

Don’t feel too badly about a non-productive day. From what I’ve read you’re usually quite productive, and tomorrow’s plans will definitely help in that department. My days are usually uneventful and today was a testament to that.

    Get well soon!

I donated a sofa to charity last year but I didn’t have to have it outside by a certain tim In fact they came inside and removed it for me. I gave it to Salvation Army. I told them when I called that I couldn’t get it outside by myself and they insisted they do it for me.

Yesterday was very productive and hopefully today will be even better.

I had great intentions (like you) but wound up running errands most of the day for the hubby. The store he manages is having their grand opening on Thursday so guess who is doing all the work for it? Yep, that’d be me. lol

Maybe I will get some crafting done today…hopefully.

And I hope you feel better, too.

Toronto – Thanks! I needed the pep talk! I’ve been very busy this morning, so hopefully that is a beginning to making up for yesterday! :-D

Ellen – Our sofa that we’re donating has been in our garage since we moved in last year, so it was pretty easy to just slide it on out into the driveway. We don’t have an alley, so it’s easy for the truck to pull right into our driveway and pick it up. I hope the driver brings help though, because it’s heavy!

Barb- At least you were productive, even if it wasn’t with crafting! I’m determined today to not spend my whole day on the computer, maybe then I can get something done. I’ve been busy this morning all ready, now if I can get everything cleaned up, I’ll head into my sewing room. :-D
