A Busy Day

posted in family |

Today is going to be somewhat of a busy day. We have several appointments to get to today for my daughter and I’m going to try to squeeze in a few errands along the way. With gas prices the way the are, I’m trying to create a driving route that allows me to accomplish as much as I can while I’m out instead of having to go home, back out, home, back out. Here’s my list for today.

  1. Complete some online bill paying
  2. Laundry
  3. Orthodontist Appointment (daughter)
  4. Stop by the library
  5. Go to the quilt shop for fabric to complete bag orders
  6. Guitar lesson (daughter)
  7. Grab some dinner (hamburgers or pizza)
  8. Softball practice

The first appointment is at 1 and the last practice starts at 6.  If all goes according to plan, we’ll be out of the house from about 12:30 until about 8:30 tonight.  We will come home for a quick dinner just before softball and to allow my daughter to get her gear on.  That also means I won’t be online too much today, so hopefully I can drop EC cards tonight.

Karen – Nope, no boredom here! Busy as we were today, I found a new quilt shop! I can’t believe it. I’ve been within 25 yards of it once a week for the last year and never knew it was there until today! It’s across the street from the guitar studio where T takes her lessons.

What a busy day. I’m glad you can follow your daughter with all her activities.

Laura’s last blog post..Do we have enough time to be with our children?

Laura – Yep, I have to follow her or she doesn’t get anywhere! I’m beginning to understand why parents are happy when their kids are old enough to drive themselves to these things! :-D
