Energy Boost

posted in family |

I have to tell you, after a day like I’ve, I want to Try Sublingual B-12 from Trivita today.

My husband had to get up early to catch a flight this morning. By early I mean 3:30 A.M. Our bathroom is directly off of our bedroom and I could hear him getting in and out of the shower a few times, open and close the bathroom pantry doors a few times and drop a few things on the floor. I finally got up out of bed to see what the heck was going on. I think he was so tired he just couldn’t get his act together. He had dropped the soap, forgotten his shaving supplies and was generally just disorganized.

Needless to say, until he was completely finished, had packed his personal things into his suitcase which was in the bedroom, and had headed out the door, I had no chance of getting back to sleep. He left about 4:30 and it was probably 5 A.M. before I fell back asleep. I got back up at 7:30, and began my day. You can read about the rest of the chaos in my previous post.

Vitamin B-12 is a supplement known to boost energy levels. I could sure use some of that! Sublingual B-12 is a painless shot-free alternative to B-12. Considering I am afraid of shots and needles of any kind (except for sewing needles), I think this is a great alternative. Besides boosting energy, B-12 is also associated with improving diabetes, dementia, and good for those people who have undergone gastric bypass.

It’s definitely an affordable alternative.
