Quiznos Sandwich Shops

Okay, I’ve never been a big fan of Quiznos, although I have eaten there on occasion. I now have a bigger reason to not eat their food. My blogging friend Monique had a bad experience while eating a salad from Quiznos yesterday. Read about it here and you will understand.

I feel she did the right thing by calling to let them know what had happened. I don’t feel that Quiznos handled her complaint in the right manner. If we bloggers band together, maybe Quiznos will learn to treat bloggers better, not to mention, learn to handle their foods better.

    I Stumbled Monique’s post. I’m sure the blogosphere will catch up to Quizno’s. Another friend of mine had a problem with a refrigerator company, and after reading all the blogs that pointed to it, they suddenly decided to help fix her problem.

    That is gross and they should have handled it a lot better. They could have offered something in return, but still just keep updating and hopefully more people will comment then they might here about it somewhere and want to rectify it.

    That is bad. I am an owner of a Quiznos and would tell you that there isnt much you can do in a case like that. Obviously avoid THAT Quiznos if you had a bad experience, but many of the stores are individually owned so each one can be up to speed or not. By calling the corporate, that particular store will get looked at harder and may even get a surprise inspection. Im trying to think of how to make that right if that were my store and other than a free meal and an apology, I cant think of anything. The lettuce we get comes in a sealed bag from a company that Quiznos locked in a deal with. Ive never seen anything wrong in the last year I have been doing this. The worst Ive seen is the lettuce goes bad quicker than if I got it from my local market. Sorry to hear your bad experience.
