I feel so bad. We’ve been talking with some friends of ours who relocated themselves from California to Texas about a year ago. Neither one of them had ever been through a major household move and were somewhat naive about how it works. They wound up hiring some company that I think they picked from out of the phone book and they themselves were not even present when the movers loaded the truck. I guess for our friends, it’s live and learn. This was one very difficult, and expensive, lesson to learn though.
