I know I need to hire some help, but it is hard to give up control when you have built something from the ground up. But it's either hire help, or go crazy *sigh*. My advice, find something you love to do and find a niche. Mine happens to be piggy banks. I suppose I have my dream job since I bascially sit at home and paint. Business has steadily grown over the years and I now have a fair income I can count on. But it’s hard. I’ve never worked harder than I do now. I know I need to hire some help, but it is hard to give up control when you have built something from the ground up. But it’s either hire help, or go crazy *sigh*. My advice, find something you love to do and find a niche. Mine happens to be piggy banks.
