I remember way back when I was my daughter age, reading comic books. I tended to gravitate towards Archie and Scooby Do, but I know there were many, many super-hero comics too. Many of those have even become today’s blockbuster movies. This is certainly no easy genre to break in to and I would think it would be very difficult to gather a loyal following.
Now, in the genre of graphic novels and comics, there is a new author on the scene who has come up with some very interesting characters in C2 Posse: Inner-City Heroes. There are four inner-city heroes that anyone can relate to. Me personally? I can relate to SPOONY-BREEZE ™ whose nose twitches when there is danger. He’s a music lover, like me and he’s artistic, he paints - I sew. The 3 other characters are C2 ™ (pronounced Cee-Squared) , GLOW ™, and PEPPERMINT-T ™. Their adventure is set in the future and their battle is to save Earth. These characters are multi-racial with a variety of backgrounds and interests. Their action packed adventure covers issues concerning children, teenagers, ecology and humanity.
Their story is filled with drama, humor and excitement, all with no guns.

6 Unspectacular Quirks About Me:
I don’t like talking on the phone.
I love doing word puzzles, even though I’m not very good at them.
I love playing video games, even though I’m not very good at them (just ask my daughter!).
I am afraid of deep water, thus my lack of desire to go on a cruise.
I cry whenever I am emotional: happy, sad, glad, mad.
I can’t stand clutter, and yet, my house is always cluttered.
Now it’s my turn to tag others, so let’s see, TAG, You’re it!
Well, that’s about the silliest video I’ve seen in quite some time. I’m not sure I understood the plot, but obviously, the main characters, the Sproutwells, are vegetables. If I understood correctly, they live along side humans. Carrots are supposed to help with intelligence, so I think I’d be a carrot in the Sproutwell family, maybe bring something smart to the story.
This video is appearing on YouTube now and is definitely one of a kind. Feel free to watch and if you like, embed the code on your own site. Perhaps episode #2 (if there is an episode #2) will help explain what’s going on here.
Flowers, they are beautiful and I could never get tired of looking at them. I’ve always wished I was a better gardener so that I might have a beautiful flower garden in my own yard.
There are times when we want to send flowers to someone else, birthdays, anniversaries and funerals to name a few. Why oh why do they have to be so expensive? To send a decent, but not huge, flower arrangement to my uncle’s funeral, the cost is $90! My sister even called a local florist so we didn’t have to pay wire fees. It’s absoluetly crazy.
Truth is, maybe we’d all buy a lot more flowers for inside our homes if they just weren’t so expensive.
