Not So Wordless Wednesday

posted in blogging, sewing |

I was hoping to be farther along with my Christmas sewing project, but, to tell the truth, I haven’t even worked on it in the last week. So, instead, I am posting a photo of when my sisters, mom & I had a booth at a trade show in Knoxville, TN back in July. We did okay at the show, but I came home with more completed bags than I had hoped too. My sister Grace is considering having a booth there again in November and I think she will do better since the holidays are so close. It’s the season for gift buying!

my wife loves to shop in a bazaar with lots of booths to visit. She haggles very well. That’s one of the woman’s natural talent I may say :)

Lucky you to have had such a nice opportunity to sell your wonderful bags…I’m still looking for a place over here. Seems there are not that many craft fairs where I live.
ps - many thanks for your reply on the book! I’ll go check it out on Amazon.

Louise - Actually, that “T” bag is the Tennessee Volunteers (University of Tennessee) fabric. I’d be happy to make you a bag from Texas fabric if you like. This bag is priced at $30.
