Four Foods on Friday #55

posted in home |

This week is a Thanksgiving theme! If you would like to participate, visit Fun, Crafts and Recipes

This week’s questions and my answers:

#1. Stuffing. Boxed or from scratch? I use the Pepperidge Farm stuffing and add stuff to it like celery and mushrooms.

#2. If you were served the perfect Thanksgiving dinner what would it be? That’s easy! Turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, yams, green beans, jellied cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie with whip cream for dessert.

#3. What’s your favorite Thanksgiving leftover? All of it! It all tastes even better the second time around and I love pumpkin pie for breakfast.

#4. Share a recipe using turkey. Using pieces of leftover turkey, add it to a bag of BearCreek brand soup mix for turkey noodle soup. After cooking all day on Thanksgiving, I like things really easy the next couple of days!

Is the Pepperidge farm stuffing a mix? or just the croutons or bread stuff? I don’t think we cooked the same this week! LOL

I keep reading about pumpkin pie on the other FFOF blogs. It’s killing me ‘cos I know I probably won’t get to eat any *sobs*.

I think Thanksgiving food is so much better the next day. I usually eat it all weekend after the big day. I can not even begin to tell you which is my favorite because I love it all.
