I have several sites, all in one account, and the support is superb, no downtime, price is good, especially considered that I am having more than one domain ;-) I love also their live chat, nothing better to solve a problem quickly! I am with them now since nearly 2 years and wouldn't change for nothing! They have been very helpful and I feel they were very competitive in pricing. I pay an annual fee (saves a little bit) about $120.00 annual (I think).
