We’re heading out of town this weekend, driving to Indiana for my nephews wedding.  I’ll be taking my laptop with me, but not too sure about how much time I might actually have to use it.  I’m sure I’ll be missing many, many EC drops and I apologize for that.

Before we leave though, I wanted to post my favorite meme.  If you’d like to participate, be sure to visit Fun, Crafts and Recipes.

Here are this week’s four questions. Valmg is trying something a little different again to spice things up!

#1. Do you cook items besides meat on the bbq grill, and, do you prefer gas or charcoal grills? I do cook fish and veggies on the grill. I’ve heard of desserts that can be grilled, but I’ve never tried that.

#2. Name a food that begins with A. Avacado

#3. Name a drink that begins with A. Apple Cider

#4. Share  a recipe for something that calls for American Cheese. I just tried this one out for the 4th of July and it was a hit.

Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese

16 oz cooked elbow macaroni (I used the large size macaroni)
4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
4 slices American Cheese

Mix all ingredients in a greased crock pot. Place 4 slices American Cheese on top. Cook on low 3-4 hours.

    Gonna have to try that mac & Cheese but i’m curious about the evaporated milk. Doesn’t have like sugar in it or something? My mother only ever used that to make pumpkin pies.
