Just a quick note to apologize for my recent absences.  It has been crazy busy this week with doctor appointments (routine), school functions, softball and last but not least, our homeowner’s nightmare, a hot water tank that burst in our attic.

Between working, having plumbing work done (a new eco-friendly water tank installed) and my daughter’s school and softball obligations, I haven’t had very much time to be on the computer.  I’ve been dropping EC when I can, but it’s been somewhat sporadic this week.  The coming week will hopefully be calmer, although, I’m still trying to get a ceiling and wall repaired from the water damage.

Please bear with me.  I’m hoping my life will return to its somewhat mundane normalcy soon!

In the mean time, I hope everyone in the U.S. is enjoying a relaxing Labor Day weekend.  :-D

Laane – Yes, water all over the floor is certainly not what we like waking up to! At least I was able to get a plumber out to the house right away.

Thanks Grampy! We have a shiny new hybrid water heater (a cross between a traditional water tank and a tankless system), and now I just need to get our walls repaired. At least the damaged walls are sort of hidden from the main part of the house so I don’t have to see the damage all the time! :-D
