Four Foods on Friday – Ice Cream

There is one simple question this week.

You’re making an ice cream sundae. What four ingredients do you want in it?

First, I have to start with hard vanilla ice cream (but will take soft serve!)

1. Hershey’s chocolate sauce
2. strawberries
3. pineapple sauce
4. whip cream

Looking For Old Friends

Well, I’ve decided to not attend my upcoming 30th high school reunion. There are many reasons, but, the main reason is that out of the 80 people I graduated with, there are only a mere handful that I have any desire to see after 30 years. I would like meeting up with them in a smaller setting, not a big reunion where I would feel awkward and, probably alone.

Just because I don’t plan to attend the reunion, doesn’t mean I can’t utilize the services of MyLife to search for the few people that I really am interested in reconnecting with. It’s been 30 years, but MyLife uses many other social networking sites including Facebook and Twitter in order to help with individual searches, so there is a very good chance that I’ll be able to find the specific people I’m looking for.

Personally, I think a unique and interesting feature of MyLife is that not only can I perform searches, but their service will also tell me if someone is searching for me, and if someone is searching for me, it will tell me who it is! Pretty cool, huh?!

If you’re looking for an ex or an old friend or even a long lost family member, you should definitely check out MyLife to assist in your search.

A Tote In Honor of Breast Cancer Awareness

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I am offering free shipping on this tote bag to anywhere in the U.S, and only $5 shipping to anywhere else.

This tote bag is a 1 of a kind and was designed by me to show off the beautiful ladies on the fabric. I am selling this bag at the special Breast Cancer Awareness price of $30 with free shipping in the U.S., and a low $5 shipping cost to any other country. Payment via PayPal.

The %100 cotton fabric is from the Breast Cancer Awareness collection and I love the ladies on this print. This is a large tote bag with plenty of interior room and no shortage of pockets. The straps are reinforced for strength and lined with soft batting for comfort when carried on your shoulder. The interior is completely lined with coordinating fabric and has a polyester batting inner lining for softness and support. There is a magnetic snap for closing the bag.

High School Reunion

It’s time, it’s finally here, the moment I have not been looking forward to and yet, it’s inevitable. You guessed it, it’s time for yet another high school reunion.

I have never actually attended any of my high school reunions, usually I’ve lived too far away to even consider it, but now, I am within driving distance of my old high school and so, there are many fellow students from my graduating class who have reached out to me in one way or another to try to entice me to attend. This year hold a bit more special meaning because it is our 30th year. It’s is beyond my brain’s capacity to even imagine that it has been 30 years ago that I graduated from high school with my entire future looming ahead of me. Now, here I sit 30 years later, wondering how some of my old friends are doing.

I pretty much lost contact with all of my high school friends within a couple of years of graduation. But, I have to admit, there are a couple of people in particular with whom I was very close during those years and I’ve wondered many times how they’ve been and what they’ve been up to. I’ve been utilizing MyLife.com recently to search for those particular people. MyLife.com utilizes many sources to search for names, including Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and others. They have over 750 million profiles they can search through!

Two of the names I submitted to MyLife came up with a few possibilities that I still need to check out. That’s my next project. In the mean time, I’ve decided to not attend my high school reunion which takes place this month, but I would still like to learn more about my dear old friends. If you’re looking for an old friend, you should definitely check out MyLife.com.

By the way, have you attended any of your high school reunions?
