Help a Child

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Cryo-Cell International. All opinions are 100% mine.

I’ve spoken on this subject in the past, but Cryo-Cell has come up with a very special offer that I feel is worth mentioning.

First of all, if you don’t all ready know, Cryo-Cell is a service that offers to store cord-blood. Cord blood, or umbilical cord blood, is blood that remains in the umbilical cord and placenta at the time of birth. Cord blood is typically discarded after childbirth, but there are benefits to keeping it for future potential use. Stem cells taken from your own baby’s cord blood can be preserved and used if needed as your child gets older. Think about it, if your child needs a transfusion due to serious illness, wouldn’t you feel great knowing you all ready had their own blood cells stored too help bump up their own immune system? Scientists have discovered that cord blood is a valuable source of stem cells. It can be and has been used as a substitute for bone marrow in transplant situations. Learn more about Cryo-Cell by visiting their website.

enroll now with Cryo-Cell and they will donate $25 from each enrollment to the “Save the Children: Haiti Relief Fund”. So, enroll to store cord-blood for your child’s future and, at the same time, your enrollment will provide help to the children of Haiti. That sounds like a win-win scenario to me.

We really would love to bank our LO’s cord blood, but the price of storage is still too high. :(
We’re looking into donating it though.
