Sorry for my absence of late. I’m accustomed to working from home but have been in training for the past 4 weeks and so have been commuting to work every day. In addition, I’ve been sick this past week, but still having to attend training, so, by the time I get home, I’m exhausted!
Finally, I wanted to share a photo of our dog Plinko. It’s been a while since you’ve seen her, but last week, we got 13 inches of snow here on the NE side of Dallas and Plinko loved it! She absolutely refused to stand still so I could take her photo, she was having way to much fun. This is the best I could do as she ran straight for me in her excitement!

Not sure why, but this dog absolutely loves the snow! She bounds in it as if she’s lost her mind and it is so funny to watch.

Natalie – Dallas set all time records last week for snowfall. We really did move from the Chicago area because my husband couldn’t stand all the snow! Even in Chicago we never got 13 inches in one day! Guess we just can’t get away from it.

Plinko is a GREAT name, first of all. And secondly, that is a GREAT picture. It rarely snows here, so when it did I wanted pix of my dalmatian running in it. It is SO HARD to get a picture of a running dog in the snow – so my hat is off to you! Hope you are feeling better!

Katherine – I admire animal photographers – it is so dang hard to capture a decent shot of our own pets!

Vixen – It’s sad because this dog was sitting so pretty in the snow just moments before! In the time it took me to turn my camera on, she was running around like a wild dog! :-D
