The freshman started marching band camp today.  About 200 freshman showed up! It is really so incredibly hot, right now it’s 102 degrees outside, just miserable.  It’s only the first day, I hope they all make it in this heat.   The rest of the band, another 400+ kids, will join them the end of the week.

    We just finished band camp last week, but we have a small band–only about 90 kids in all. We are small but mighty–we do well in our category and overall.
