The Sewing Mom

I haven’t sewn anything since the Fall when I made a baby quilt as a gift.  I’m thinking it’s time to pick my next project and get sewing.

First though, I have to clean my sewing/guest/computer/study room so that I can get a clear picture of what I want to work on.  I still have a table runner and a child’s quilt that need the binding sewn on, I could do that while sitting in front of the television with my husband in the evenings.   Maybe I will choose to do a wall hanging.  I have a Christmas wall hanging that hangs during the holidays on a primary wall in our family room.  The rest of the year that wall is blank, so I think a wall hanging would be a good project for me.

But first I need to go call Directv, our box in our family room died last night for some reason.  It has absolutely no power, so guess I better get that taken care of.  After that I will clean my sewing room and then get busy digging into some fabric!
