I haven’t had too much time this weekend to spend on the computer.  Between giving my kitchen and family room a thorough, much needed cleaning, doing laundry, shopping for school project supplies and then watching the Superbowl, I just haven’t had much time.  All of this leads me to why I am now feeling frustrated with Entrecard.

I was attempting this evening to drop my entrecards using my desktop computer.  This meant I was having to drop during the big game.  My daughter is using the laptop for her school project.  Unfortunately, I’d only dropped about 60 cards when Entrecard suffered yet another outage.  This occurred before half-time and now the game is over and I still can’t drop cards.  I have to go to work in the morning so I can’t stay up and wait for them to fix the problem.

So, once again, I find myself apologizing, although I did try very hard.  If I did not get to you, I am sorry.  Hopefully they will be up and running tomorrow and I will certainly try again.

I don’t normally do this, but I felt overwhelmed by the number of people who consistently drop their EntreCard here. I was away for almost a week and yet, I have many droppers who dropped anyway, even though they knew that chances were good, that I couldn’t reciprocate. For that very reason, I want to say Thank You to all of my droppers and give extra thanks and a shout out to those who dropped without missing a single day last month. Unfortunately, EC Statistics only displays the top 10. I have a feeling there are many more that should be on this list (one of the reasons I don’t normally do this sort of post). Again, I thank all of you who continue to stop by, drop your card and leave comments. You’re the best!

I am completely addicted to Entrecard and that can actually be good thing. You see, it was Shiela from The Ad Master, another completely EC dropper, was kind enough to let me know that when she visited this blog, she was getting a very annoying pop up. Thanks to her, I did some research and discovered that I did indeed have a popup attached to one of my widgets. I immediately eliminated the annoying thing and while I was at it, did a little sidebar cleanup.

My goal is to have a site that is not only enjoyable for me to work on, but also enjoyable for those to choose to drop by and visit. I want to also thank many others at the EC forum who, when I asked for assistance, came to my rescue. Thanks!

This is a sticky post letting my readers and EC droppers know that I will be out of town from Sunday through Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday.  While I will be have my laptop with me, I have no idea if I will have a connection or, if I will have time to drop or post.  I am completely addicted and may go into withdrawals if I can’t get online, but I will also be enjoying my time with family, including the cutest grandbaby ever!
