Clubbing and Clubwear

I just got off the phone with a very dear friend of mine, someone I roomed with in college (many years ago). After college, we both moved to southern California and shared an apartment there too. We had so much fun exploring the beaches during the day and heading out to the clubs at night, we always have fun stories to talk about and still remember, all these years later.

One thing that I will always remember is just trying to get dressed to go to the clubs. It is really hard to get just the right look, you want something that’s fun, maybe a bit flirtatious, but not trampy. Neither one of us were into the “hooker” look, always wanted to look fashionable, and had to do it on a very low budget!

AMIClubwear has everything from dresses to shoes, to hair accessories to help put together an entire outfit on a great budget. While I don’t have any current plans to go clubbing, I do wish AMI had been around all those years ago, it sure would have made my life easier!

AMIClubwear is also now on YouTube and by subscribing to their YouTube page, you might even win a $300 gift certificate for AMIClubwear. I was just watching some of their videos, they’re rather entertaining This is one of my favorites.

You can see all the official contest rules by visiting their website.

The Sproutwells – A Veggie Family

Well, that’s about the silliest video I’ve seen in quite some time. I’m not sure I understood the plot, but obviously, the main characters, the Sproutwells, are vegetables. If I understood correctly, they live along side humans. Carrots are supposed to help with intelligence, so I think I’d be a carrot in the Sproutwell family, maybe bring something smart to the story.

This video is appearing on YouTube now and is definitely one of a kind. Feel free to watch and if you like, embed the code on your own site. Perhaps episode #2 (if there is an episode #2) will help explain what’s going on here.
